Multi Language Module
Eyepartner, Inc.’s patent-pending High Definition Live Stream technology is built into many of its software solutions. For example, TikiLIVE links users of its streaming broadcasting service, combining social networking with HD media sharing in an unprecedented and singular experience. Marketing and brand building is a snap with TikiLIVE since it is a customizable web portal that comes complete with analytics that track viewers’ habits.
If your website reaches a global market you will need to offer it in multiple languages. The Multi Language Module creates identical templates of your website where each individual field can be re-written into another language. A “dictionary” is created in the account dashboard where the field-specific text is in rows and all of the languages offered appear in columns.

None of the text is auto-translated, though you can use Google translator for the bulk of the translation. This ensures that embarrassing miscommunications are avoided. Changes can be made to one language without affecting the others. A site visitor simply clicks on the flag for the accompanying language and the entire site switches to that language.
A complete introduction to TikiLIVE’s many features can be found at www.tikilive.org. More information about Eyepartner and the entire range of services the company provides is available through the company’s website, www.eyepartner.com. For more information, please contact:

XtremeRGB HD Capture Card
Broadcasting LIVE HD video from your Desktop has been a challenge for media professionals, broadcasting networks and corporate businesses worldwide. The ability to capture and manipulate still or motion picture from digital or analog video equipment is mission-critical for many personal or business applications, including education, training, simulation, broadcasting, scientific & medical imaging, security, transportation and forensic applications. To answer this market need, Eyepartner has developed a product called “The HD Wave” that runs on off-the-shelf PC’s. With a simple to use click-and-stream interface, The HD Wave makes it easy for anyone to broadcast their content in crystal-clear High Definition. Amazingly, this broadcaster only requires a PC, a free HD Wave download and a regular broadband connected to an HD video source in order to broadcast in HD.

Eyepartner has released an optimized version for the XtremeRGB HD Capture Cards. This was done to provide an easy to use system that delivers the highest quality of broadcasting imaginable. It is possible to broadcast any video source, live or static image, to the user’s captured source such as, HD camera, Blu-Ray disk player, hard drive, satellite decoder any other video source.
The way it works is the XtremeRGB-Ex1 receives the feed from the video source which can be DVI, HDMI, VGA or Component (adapters included) and then the feed is sent to The HD Wave where it is encoded and broadcasted over the internet. All of this is done in real time and delivering an HD stream from glass to glass in under 3 seconds.
The HD Wave may be installed using the free download from www.TheHDWave.com. Simply connect your external video source into the card, launch The HD Wave and select the XtremeRGB as the video source. This will display the captured video in the preview window on your desktop and enable you to broadcast live in HD. The HD Wave also allows a user to record the video at high frame rates and play it back using a TikiLIVE portal. The HD Wave allows the user to specify the video format (up to 1080i/p) at 60 frames per second, bit rate as well as different quality settings of encoding profiles. These features maximize our user’s ability to conform to their individual broadcasting needs.
A dual channel option is available in the XtremeRGB-Ex2. This allows for a second video source to be connected into the same computer. Uses include multiple camera angles, picture in picture, video-switching and other simultaneous split-screen applications.

Affordable HD Broadcasting with TikiLIVE
Here in the Eyepartner office we have many computers, several of them acting as dedicated broadcasters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are evenly split between laptops and desktops; we have HP, IBM, Toshiba and Dell computers. It’s an assortment because we jump on great deals when we see them. We prove that you don’t have to spend a lot to be able to broadcast Live in High Definition.
With the introduction of our High Definition broadcaster, The HD Wave, we needed more processing power to be able to handle the strains of broadcasting in true HD. When you broadcast live, the video has to be encoded in real time from whatever file type the video is created in to Flash Video (FLV) in order to be broadcasted over the internet. In order to ensure Fidelity of a video, a quad-core processor is necessary, at a minimum.
A multi-core processor breaks the feed into as many streams as there are cores and then encodes all of the streams simultaneously. For example: a quad-core processor splits the feed four ways, a 6-Core splits the feed into six streams. To broadcast in HD, we recommend at least a quad-core processor. This reduces the chance of your video lagging, buffering or dropping frames.
Our latest purchases have been an HP Laptop and an HP Desktop that we picked up from Office Depot. Both were on sale for under $800. They both have Intel i7 Processors (quad core) with 4GB DDR3 SDRAM. These machines have enough power to run The HD Wave and broadcast live over the internet without breaking the bank.
The HD Wave Broadcaster
Multi-core processors have only recently become accessible to the average user. Quad-cores have only been on the mainstream market for two and a half years. As expected with computer technology, the prices have dropped significantly. Average prices in May of 2008 were well over $2,000 – today computers with those specs are $800 or less. As is the case, you can always find a $2,000 model. Current high end products feature 8-Core processors with 12GB RAM. These features are great options to have, but they are not necessary for today’s normal use.
When choosing a computer, you should look at the performance and functionality you are looking to achieve. Laptops are great if you want to be mobile, but you give up some performance. Desktops are faster with larger displays but are not easy to transport and cannot take much abuse. What sort of use to do have planned for the computer? If you plan on doing Live Broadcasts like us, are these broadcasts going to be from one location or will you be travelling to find your content? Whether you decide to get a laptop or a desktop.
With all of the choices it’s easy to choose indecision over action. Once you put your mind to it, you can get a computer capable of broadcasting in HD for under $800. Just 6 months ago these computers were over $1,200. Just make sure it has a Quad-Core processor or higher.

How to Use a Canon Vixia for Live HD Streaming
The following review offers you a quick and easy solution to the question: How can I do live streaming with a Canon Vixia series camcorder and have HD quality? Using our new HD Broadcaster, The HD Wave, together with the Intensity Pro capture card from Black Magic we are streaming in crystal clear HD. Buy the Black Magic Intensity Pro from Amazon.com.
In order to transmit both video and audio through a broadcasting computer, a broadcaster must connect a video source and an audio source to their broadcasting computer or Plug and Play Broadcaster. HD video sources will only be recognized by the The HD Wave and require a special HD capture card. It is recommended that the “HD Broadcaster” be used on a computer with at least a Quad Core Processor for proper results.
Here is a short list of capture cards that we have tested with our Network and their compatibilities:

Konk Broadcasting Network
Eyepartner Inc. is the developer of such streaming video solutions as TikiLIVE and the recently released HD Wave broadcaster. Eyepartner designs their software to require nothing more than an off-the-shelf computer and video source or camera. The software is user-friendly and makes Live Streaming accessible to businesses without the need for expensive proprietary broadcasting equipment.
KONK Broadcasting Network, KBN, a radio, television and internet broadcasting network out of Key West, Florida has recently joined Eyepartner’s client list. In an effort to expand into the live-streaming internet market, KBN has created a TIkiLIVE HD broadcasting channel which can be viewed here: www.TIkiLIVE.com/show/KONKAM. The configuration includes a quality laptop, three HD webcams and a USB hub for accepting the video feeds.
“Since we’ve started using Eyepartner’s TikiLIVE we have found it to be easy to implement. The integration into the business model was simple and the channel looks great. KBN is growing and is looking to expand our involvement in the video broadcasting market and Eyepartner is helping us do that.” Says Guy deBoer, KBN Station Director.
“We’re excited about this channel and what KBN is doing because it illustrates the diversity of the clients we have. We hope others will see this as a way to extend their audience worldwide like KBN has done. Streaming HD video during radio broadcasts is the wave of the future and a way to reach a global audience” says Tim Green, President of Eyepartner.
KBN makes use of the Channel Manager which is a standards based H.264 streaming solution that requires absolutely no proprietary hardware. The software was designed to easily manage content timelines on the fly – in real time allowing the content producer to ingest LIVE breaking news or sponsored media spots at any moment. This also makes it easy to replay content during normally off-broadcasting hours. Streaming content may be automatically recorded server side and edited with an easy to use drag-and-drop dashboard interface. Channels can be produced in minutes and configured to broadcast HD streams 24 hours a day.
For video switching KBN uses 3rd party software, VIDBlaster. All three camera feeds are connected through a simple USB hub connected to a Laptop. This allows for multi-camera real-time switching and editing. It enables novice or professional broadcasters to enhance their live shows by including transitions, overlays and video effects.
